This is one of my favorites! It's a pin up pillow i made for the retro 50s swap on craftster. It's about 7"X3"(i think) in mainly split stitch with back stitch and french knots for the eyes. I used this pic for reference. I wanted to do french knot cherries on her bikini but i decided to make them pink to match the barn swallow.

That looks great! I think you did the right thing making it pink, the cherries might have been a bit much.
